It’s officially blue week 2020 aka a week known as the most depressing of the year….
Just know that whatever you’re going through you aren’t alone. That just because someone may be going through worse doesn’t mean your struggles are any less valid. Know it’s ok not to be ok and although it may not seem like it right now, things DO get better.
Don’t make permanent decisions in order to solve temporary problems and if you need help don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for it….2020 is the year of self love, self care and mental health awareness. Look after one another. ❤️❤️
